One of the most important things about any book is its cover. It is one of the first things that attract any reader browsing in a bookshop or online to a novel. I think this is especially true in fantasy where an artist can let his imagination run riot. I didn’t really appreciate how much work was involved in the process until I became involved in designing the cover of my own fantasy novel, Renn.
